From the day you get the box, please return it in 2 weeks. **Please remove all tapes from the box and ensure the inside of the box is clean.

Faithufl Moving provides basic insurance to safeguard your valuable belongings during the moving process. Please note that if customers have items of high value such as cash, checks, precious jewelry, or similar possessions, it is advisable to organize them before the movers arrive and keep them in their own vehicle or a secure location.
Basic insurance policy
The basic insurance policy offered by Faithful Moving is known as released value protection, set at 60 cents per pound. Under this coverage, you will be reimbursed for your items, ranging from paper clips to family heirlooms, at a rate of 60 cents per pound. This coverage is automatically included in the service quote provided.
Full value protection
Faithful Moving does not provide full value protection. For this service, you can visit 'www.movinginsurance.com' to obtain information about and purchase the necessary insurance coverage.
